Green

These days, that’s all you ever hear about….”Is it green?”

Well, yes, it is GREEN. My next play reading with the Moving Arts Theater Company, at 1822 Hyperion Ave on Oct 1st at 8pm, is titled, “Green” by Bekah Brunstetter. http://www.movingarts.org/

I play the lead, CLINT, an Iraqi war veteran returning home with a worldfull of issues, ranging from falling in love with my best friend’s lady, having a need for my gun, longing for the security of my cigarettes and celebrating the memory of my fallen compadres.

Which leads me to the title of the play, Green. There are so many things that green embodies.

Green often signifies life: money, grass, fresh, economic, fatigues, “greener on the other side”, and the list continues.

Whereas the opposite is also true, such as: Vomit, Hulk, Green Goblin, “turning green”.

So, take this opportunity to focus on the art of possibility and just look for green today. You will see what green means in your life. As you open and focus on finding what you want, it will show up. I want to focus on a full theater in attendance for my the premiere of “Green” on October 1st, and I will see what I choose to see. See ya there.
